My vacation

Dear Mike,

In my blog of last week I reported you that I will have a autumn vacation in the village of Beffe the Ardenne in Belgium.
Now I can tell you what i have experienced during my vacation.
We left Utrecht by bus on Sunday about 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
All together we were with fifty people, doctors,  physiotherapist, nurses and about fourty patiënts.
On our way to Beffe we stopped at a Mc Donald restaurant to have lunch.
Of course we all enjoyed the meal.
About seven o'clock we reached our destination.
After a good night's rest, we woke up early in the morning and after a good breakfast we went to the caves.
There were two type of caves. A walking and a creep cave.
I was assigned to the group for the creep cave.
That means that you have to go to the cave on your knees and that for about one hour. It looks heavy but it was quite easy. After that we were free to do whatever we like.
The next day we went strumming. I didnt know what this was but still it was something nice to do.
Of course i can tell you what we did day by day but then the story will be too long. But still I like to tell you about the day of the Mountainbiking.
First we have to climb up the mountain for about 400 meters. That was very heavy and after that we have to go down by a speed of about thirty kilometers per hour.

You can imagine that I had a very beatifull vacation and I hope next year they will invite me again.

HELLO MIKE

Hi Mike,

I will tell you where I am going to have my autuum vacation.
I will have my vacation in village Beffe in Belgium Ardennes.
On Sunday I will go by train from Almere to Utrecht. From there,
together with about forty or fifty people we will go by tourist bus to Beffe.
We will stay there in cabins  for five days. We have a full programme.
On the first day we will visit a walking cave. And for that we need warm
clothes and sturdy shoes.
The second day day we will do abseiling. Of course we need special boots
and supple clothes, a windjack, and a verry warm sweater.
The day after we will go mountainbiking. I never did this before but I
will do my utmost to finish the trip.
On the last day we will do rafting. Also I never did this before. Of
course we will need swimming suit and boots.
At night time there is not so much to do, because we will be verry verry
tired and need a good rest for the activity of the next day.
After having this heavy activities we will leave the next day going back home.
Of course you think, why do Laurence got this beatifull vacation???
Well the reason for this is that at the beginning of this year I was verry ill
and thatswhy this vacation was offer me by herfstherrie.
I think that I will have a fantastic vacation and will be fit to be back in school...
